Meetings commence at 7.30pm and there is a provision for the public to address the Council during a specific period of time set aside towards the start of the meeting.

The Annual Parish Meeting in May is the opportunity for members of the public to
question the Council on it's activities and to raise any question on the
financial report which will be presented to that meeting.

The Parish Council are also the Trustees to the Memorial Grounds in School
Lane and those meetings are open to the public and usually take place after
the Council Meeting.  Any correspondence should also be forwarded to the
Parish Clerk.

Any correspondence should best be forwarded to the Parish Clerk at least two
weeks before the meeting to allow time for it to be included on the
following month's agenda, which is usually circulated one week prior to the
meeting.
